Becoming a Foster Parent

The Ruth Hearns-Williams Treatment Foster Care Program is actively seeking people interested in becoming foster parents.

We are looking for strong, tolerant, and dedicated people to provide quality care to male/female children and adolescents that have been separated from their natural families. You must be responsible, have a flexible schedule and be able to attend meetings. A valid PA driver’s license required.

We provide stipend, training and support. You provide love. The challenges are many, but the rewards are great.

For more information please contact Valerie Egley, at (484) 893-5050 ext. 3108, or print and complete the Foster Parent Application and fax it to (484) 893-5051.
